NDBC is a Christ-centered church family committed to helping people know God, grow in faith, and experience genuine Christian community. We are ordinary people who have encountered the grace of Jesus Christ and are learning to follow Him together in everyday life.
Whether you have been walking with Christ for many years, are exploring faith for the first time, or are simply looking for a church home, you are welcome here.
We are committed to loving God with our whole lives, growing together through meaningful discipleship and community, and serving others with humility and compassion in Jesus' name.
This Mission shapes everything we do.
We envision a growing church family that loves God wholeheartedly, grows together in grace and truth, and serves others with Christ's compassion.
Rooted in Jesus' call to love our neighbours, we seek to be a beacon of hope in Dresden and beyond - where lives are transformed by the Gospel, disciples mature in authentic community, and every person is welcomed to belong. As we grow in Christ together, we are committed to serving our neighbours selflessly, reflecting the heart of Jesus through practical acts of grace, care, and generosity.
Worship That Centers on Christ
We gather regularly to worship, pray, and study Scripture. Our focus is clear biblical teaching and heartfelt worship that strengthens our relationship with God.
Discipleship That Builds Community
Faith is not meant to be lived alone. Through Bible studies, fellowship gatherings, and intergenerational connection, we grow in grace and truth.
Service That Makes a Difference
We believe the love of Christ should be visible. Through community meals, clothing support, food assistance, and everyday acts of care, we seek to serve our neighbours in practical meaningful ways.
A Place to Belong
NDBC is not about perfection - it is about grace. We are a church family learning to love God more deeply, support one another faithfully, and serve our community compassionately.
If you are looking for a place to belong, grow, and make a difference, we would love to meet you.

I am told that I preached my first sermon as a toddler to a congregation consisting of my mother, my brother, and several stuffed animals but it would be nearly 40 years before I finally answered the call to Pastoral Ministry. I have had the privilege of serving as Pastor at Louisville Baptist Church since 2011 and here at NDBC since 2013.
I met Marcy, my wife, while we were students at Redeemer College in the early 90's, then in 2011 we were blessed with the birth of our daughter Maddie. We are a family that loves the outdoors, marveling at the wonders of God's creation as we enjoy camping and spending time in nature.
We would love to have you visit us here at NDBC and to help you discover what life with Jesus is all about.
